MoVo Training

The implementation of MoVo programs (e.g. by sport therapists, physiotherapists or psychologists) requires a good knowledge of the content and didactic approach of the respective program. In order to be able to acquire this knowledge, there are detailed curricula or course instructor manuals available for the programs MoVo-LISA, MoVo-work, MoVo-BnB and M.O.B.I.L.I.S.. The Würzburg Center for Patient Training and Health Promotion (ZePG) offers training courses for the group program MoVo-LISA. You can find more information here:

MoVo-LISA Training

Motivating patients in rehab settings to adopt a physically active lifestyle is a challenge for the course instructors. The established MoVo-LISA concept uses didactic and therapeutic techniques to improve motivation and volition.  The training of instructors on MoVo-LISA is currently carried out by the Würzburg Center for Patient Training and Health Promotion (ZePG), Germany.

MoVo-LISA – the book

MoVo-LISA can also be found as a course instructor manual in the book “Veränderung des Gesundheitsverhaltens [Changing Health Behavior]”. The book focuses on two group programs (MoVo-LISA and MoVo-LIFE) for changing nutrition and exercise behavior. The two programs are presented in the form of detailed curricula, in which the content and didactics of the respective session are prepared ready for use.
